Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I reprogram my remote?

Everything is brand specific. Contact us with the brand name of your operator, model number, the color of your learn button, and date manufactured. We will be able to walk you through the reprogramming.

If trying to program the operator to your vehicle, check your owner’s manual as every vehicle is different.

  • What if I need a new remote?

If possible bring your current remote with to the office. We can either replace your remote or point you in the right direction.

If you don’t have a remote that works on it currently, contact our office with the brand name of your operator, model number, the color of your learn button, and date manufactured.

  • I am trying to close my garage door and it will not close.

Your photo eyes are more than likely out of alignment. If you can press and hold the wall button and your door closes, check the lights on both photo eyes that they are lit up. If they are not lit up try realigning them until they are. Also, make sure there is nothing in the way of your photo eyes.

  • What If my garage door is not sealing properly?

There are multiple reasons a door may not be sealing. The best thing to do would be to call our office and get signed up for a service call with our highly trained technicians to help troubleshoot the situation.
